Oreo truffles

1 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
1 pkg double stuffed oreos
1 pkg. almond bark (flavor of choice)

Using a food processor, crush oreos. Set aside 1/2 cup crumbs for garnish. Mix cream cheese with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Make 12-24 balls. Chill 30 more minutes. Melt almond bark. Dip balls in chocolate. Dry on wax paper. Garnish with oreo crumbs before chocolate hardens. Chill a few hours before serving.
